Hello mig33ers,
The first day of Diwali is fast approaching!
For those who are new to Diwali, it is also called the festival of lights, and is celebrated over 5 days.
During Diwali, families light up their homes with diyas, which are small lamps made of clay. As light illuminates darkness, it acts as a symbol of good triumphing over evil.
Diwali marks the return of Lord Rama from defeating the demon king Ravana.
Did you know that each of the 5 days of Diwali also celebrates a different legend? Ask your friends about it!
